• A return request must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the watch.
• Once a return is initiated, the watch must be shipped back within 7 days.
• The watch and all delivered contents must be returned exactly as delivered. If a security tag is present, it must remain attached and intact.

The item must be returned to us in its original condition as when it was purchased. The watch may be inspected, but it must not be worn, sized, or otherwise modified. Any signs of wear, scratches, or damage to the watch, box, or contents will void the return.

• Request authorization: contact us within 24-hours of receipt to request authorization before sending anything back.
• Repack carefully: return the watch in its original packaging with all documentation and accessories.
• Ship with the provided label: all returns must use the fully insured shipping label we provide. The label is issued once payment has been processed for return shipping and insurance costs, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

After the day of purchase, restocking fees apply. The fee depends on how the purchase was paid for:

• Wire or Zelle: 3% fee plus shipping costs.
• Credit card: 5% restocking fee plus any shipping fees.

Shipping costs are not refundable. If a watch was sold with free shipping and is returned, the original shipping cost is not refunded.

• Refunds will be issued once we have inspected the returned item and verified that it meets the conditions outlined in our return policy.
• Once your return arrives and passes inspection, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
• Applicable restocking fees and shipping costs are deducted from the refund.

• Sale or promotional purchases.
• Watches listed at “Price on Request.”
• Special-order, sourced, consigned, or engraved pieces.
