Returns & Refunds
Because each sale is arranged personally, we want returns to be just as straightforward. This policy explains when and how a watch purchased from us can be returned.Last updated June 23, 2026Return eligibility
- A return request must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the watch.
- Once a return is initiated, the watch must be shipped back within 7 days.
- The watch and all delivered contents must be returned exactly as delivered, with the security tag still attached and intact.
Condition requirements
The watch may be inspected, but it must not be worn, sized, or otherwise modified, and the security tag must not be removed. Any signs of wear, scratches, or damage to the watch, box, or contents will void the return.
How to start a return
- Request authorization: contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending anything back.
- Repack carefully: return the watch in its original packaging with all documentation and accessories.
- Ship with the provided label: all returns must use the fully insured shipping label we provide. The label is issued once the buyer submits payment for return shipping and insurance, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
Refunds
- Once your return arrives and passes inspection, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- A restocking fee may apply to items that are not returned in their original condition.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-returnable items
- Sale or promotional purchases.
- Watches listed at “Price on Request.”
- Special-order, sourced, consigned, or engraved pieces.
